All three of our nurseries have been refurbished to provide state of the art childcare facilities.
Tipton Toddlers is owned by sisters Kerry and Vicky. They maintain strong family values that form the foundation of the Tipton Toddlers’ ethos. They are committed to making every child they provide care for feel part of their childcare family.
Our Staff
Staff development is paramount, our nursery staff are given the opportunity to access Higher Education with our support. Furthermore, our staff is trained in Early Years and Childcare, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
We are working with our team to offer them NVQ Level 2 – 6 in Early
Years to encourage them to achieve Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) and Early Years Teacher Status.
This provides us with a fantastic opportunity to train our own staff from the beginning of their career and help them to progress to senior job roles. Already, the increasing knowledge, skills and abilities of our
staff is having a positive impact on Ofsted results as our nursery has obtained a GOOD status in reports.

Parent Partnership
Chanel is the lead practitioner for parent partnership activities and information about the nursery. Chanel and the team will arrange visits from opticians, dentists, fire service, police, outings and trips plus so much more.
About the Directors
Sisters Kerry and Vicky have a wealth of childcare and management experience having been in the childcare sector since 1999. Having strong family values has been the driver in ensuring that all nursery children receive stability, care, attention, love and respect for individual needs, that they wish for their own grown-up children and grandchildren.
Kerry and Vicky also own and manage Fairytales Nursery in Great Barr and Early Steps Dudley nursery in Gornal Wood, Dudley.
They also have a recruitment agency Green Bee Recruitment which provides all three nurseries with the best fully enhanced DBS cleared, qualified childcare practitioners who we can call on to support the nurseries as and when the need arises.
