We're looking for an enthusiastic childcare superstar to join the Tipton Toddlers Team!
Do you have experience and a Level 2 childcare qualification, and want the opportunity to work with a passionate, welcoming team! This is a Full-Time role, and you will be working 35+ hours over 5 days between the hours of 7.00am & 7.00pm.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
➡ Effectively delivering the EYFS, ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in our setting are met
➡ Keeping records of your key children’s development and learning
➡ Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team
➡ Developing and maintaining a strong partnership with parents/carers
➡ Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
➡ Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.

Apprentice Early Years Assistant
We're looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to join the Tipton Toddlers Nursery Team!
Tipton Toddlers offers a paid apprenticeship role, where you will be part of a warm and welcoming team! Gain hands-on experience as you earn your qualifications. You will be required to register with a training provider and attend training weekly to gain your childcare qualification.
Apprentice role, 30+ hours per week between the hours of 7.00am - 7.00pm
Requirements:
→ GCSE's grade 4-9 / C- A* or equivalent in English and maths are desired but not essential (You may be required to achieve this alongside your childcare qualification) → Excellent communication skills
→ Strong organisational and time-management skills
→ A patient disposition and ability to use your own initiative.

Every week, we run Coffee & Career Days at Tipton Toddlers on Tuesdays at 2pm and Fridays at 10am as an opportunity to meet candidates in person and really get to know who you are.
It's also an opportunity for you to get to know us! You'll be seeing the nursery firsthand, meeting some of our team, and experiencing what life is like at Tipton Toddlers. Plus, you can ask us all the questions you can think of!
This isn't an interview! Coffee & Careers gives you a chance to look around the nursery and talk to our team. We want to get to know you so we'll probably ask you some questions about your experience and why you're passionate about working with children, but we want you to think of this like a relaxed coffee morning☕️
