L2 Qualified Early Years Assistant
We're looking for an enthusiastic childcare superstar to join the Tipton Toddlers Team!
Do you have experience and a Level 2 childcare qualification, and want the opportunity to work with a passionate, welcoming team!
This is a Full-Time role, and you will be working 35+ hours over 5 days between the hours of 7.00am & 7.00pm.
Duties And Responsibilities Include:
➡ Effectively delivering the EYFS, ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in our setting are met
➡ Keeping records of your key children’s development and learning
➡ Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team
➡ Developing and maintaining a strong partnership with parents/carers
➡ Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
➡ Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.
L3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner
At Tipton Toddlers Nursery, we're thrilled to say that our team is growing, and we're now on the lookout for a qualified practitioner who is ready to take on their next challenge!
This is a Full-Time role, and you will be working 35+ hours over 5 days between the hours of 7.00am & 7.00pm.
You will be working across various rooms within our wonderful nursery and gain fantastic experience working with our friendly and dynamic team of practitioners.
So If You Have the Following:
→ A great personality with ambition, drive and a willingness to learn
→ Experience working in a similar role
→ Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification
→ A thorough understanding of the EYFS (and be able to demonstrate this at interview)
→ High standards of work and cleanliness in the workplace
→ A great work ethic and the ability to work as a team
→ The ability to understand and adhere to policies and practices of the business
→ Of course, you'll also need an Enhanced DBS check!

Apprentice Early Years Assistant
We're looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to join the Tipton Toddlers Nursery Team!
Tipton Toddlers offers a paid apprenticeship role, where you will be part of a warm and welcoming team! Gain hands-on experience as you earn your qualifications. You will be required to register with a training provider and attend training weekly to gain your childcare qualification.
Apprentice role, 30+ hours per week between the hours of 7.00am - 7.00pm
Requirements
→ GCSE's grade 4-9 / C- A* or equivalent in English and maths are desired but not essential (You may be required to achieve this alongside your childcare qualification) → Excellent communication skills
→ Strong organisational and time-management skills
→ A patient disposition and ability to use your own initiative.
